Customer Questions & Answers

How does this product do in kitchens snd bathrooms?

Asked by: john
Hi John, Thank you for inquiring about our products. Our Laminate products are approved to be installed in bathroom and kitchen areas. We recommend for full Bathroom Installations—100% silicone caulk must be used around the entire perimeter and a 3/32" bead of glue on the top of the tongue ONLY. Bathroom installation is for residential use only. For all installations where environmental conditions cannot be controlled, where the relative humidity level is below 35% or exceeds 55% at the time of installation or where the relative humidity cannot be maintained between 35% and 55% consistently after the product has been installed, a 3/32” bead of glue must be applied to the end groove of each plank. I hope you find this information helpful. Below I have provided a link to our technical website installation guide. http://www.floorexpert.com/articles/Installation/Complete-Laminate-Installation-System?KBArticleName=Bruce-Laminate-Gardenstone-Collection-Product-Information&KBArticleID=kA761000000PBRc&popup=false&retURL=%2Fapex%2FknowledgeSearch%3Fk%3Dl6071&KBArticleTitle=Gardenstone+Collection+Laminate+%22Product+Information%22&KBArticleTypeLabel=Product+Spec+%2F+Data+Sheet&KBArticleType=Product_Spec__kav
