Customer Reviews

2.2 GPM Swivel Spray Aerator in Brushed Nickel is rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Resets Automatically Pros: it looks classier than the plastic ones & has a lower profile. Cons: Its "default" position is "stream". To switch it to "spray" the water has to be on and you have to push down on the aerator. The water stream has to be strong enough to keep it in "spray" mode. If it's not strong enough, it will pop back to "stream". When you shut the faucet off, it pops back to "stream". If you shut the water off & on several times while doing dishes, this is a pain (and wasteful of water). The plastic ones do not do this. Additionally, the "spray" angle is not as great as the plastic ones so it doesn't rinse dishes as quickly. I prefer the (black) plastic one. As an aside, I've had no problems with leaking or product failure as other reviewers have stated (with either this product or the plastic ones). I have a friend who has used a plastic one for years with no issues. They're plastic, but appear to be well-made.
