The spray aerator performs exactly as I wanted. Best of all, it did not reduce the flow of water from the faucet.

I needed one for these for a few weeks after a move. I finally went to the store and this one looked right so I brought it home. I installed it but it won't stay in the spray position. Back to the store. This product is defective. There seem to be other Bubble Stream aerators that are a better value.

This item won't work with Price Pfister faucets. It would be nice if they told us that before I bought the thing

Pros: it looks classier than the plastic ones & has a lower profile. Cons: Its "default" position is "stream". To switch it to "spray" the water has to be on and you have to push down on the aerator. The water stream has to be strong enough to keep it in "spray" mode. If it's not strong enough, it will pop back to "stream". When you shut the faucet off, it pops back to "stream". If you shut the water off & on several times while doing dishes, this is a pain (and wasteful of water). The plastic ones do not do this. Additionally, the "spray" angle is not as great as the plastic ones so it doesn't rinse dishes as quickly. I prefer the (black) plastic one. As an aside, I've had no problems with leaking or product failure as other reviewers have stated (with either this product or the plastic ones). I have a friend who has used a plastic one for years with no issues. They're plastic, but appear to be well-made.

This product blows apart when water is turned on. It should be removed from the market.

If you have a low arch faucet, but want to add an aerator/spray attachment this is the one for you.
I have used many aerator/spray attachments for my sink faucet, but they all are too long and interfere when I'm trying to fill a gallon size pitcher.
This is the only one I've found that will clear the top of the pitcher. I wish it was cost less like the others though.

Leaked immediately from the rubber attachment, spend a little more and you'll be happier.

Don't settle for the white plastic Swivel Sprayer. This is much classier looking and goes with the chromed kitchen faucet.
