I just measured the top (step or seat) and it is approx. 19 inches off the floor.

I had a steps stool that was white metal with two steps and the steps had a snad paper like topping on each step. My hsbd loss the one we had. I believe I had purchased this at a
Target store years ago and I also had one at work too.
