CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 51 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It was an excellent buy The door was easy to install and i bought a second one April 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 32" Door Pleased with the quality of these doors. we have bought several over the past few years and they are always consistant in quality. Simple install, although some of my door jambs needed to be extended by a few inches due to the differences in wall thickness in our old farm house. The price has been increasing the past few years which lead me to lower the value rating. Overall I'm happy with this type of 6 panel sold wood door, comperable to the old doors we have replaced November 29, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Ready to Stain These were very clean doors that had no glue or other materials that needed to be cleaned up or sanded prior to staining. This really made the job easy. March 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bought 4 of this doors. I'm the one that installed them and stained, not some contracrtor. I got 2 in left and 2 in right hand. All the doors installed just fine even that one door frame was little warped. Fit and finish I don't like, gaps in trim upto 1/8". They used really dull cuters to cut out recesses for door hinges, making a lot of work for to clean up. 2 out of 3 or all 3 screws stripped per half of the hinge. I had to go out and get longer screws so I can at least screw the hinge into the stud behind the frame, or deeper into the door. Some I had to insert a dowel into the hole to predrill the screw hole to be in center of the hinge hole (so it would like be crooked head). Also someone had a great idea of gluing on the door tag onto the door, that glue is a real pita to get off. I previously bought doors at lowe's. I had only 1 stripped screw from all 3 doors. Also light sanding before staining. Way better door's by ReliaBilt. Also their door tags are not glued on. February 21, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product except for I have purchased this brand of door before and never had to do major sanding like this time. I conditioned the door & frame, stained it and it looked terrible until I sanded it down and started over. It also had some flaws where the stain didn't take well in corners. July 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice doors, great finish. Great product, i would recommend this to everyone. April 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Interior Pine Doors Nice doors. I bought four for my closets. They went in well and look good. September 4, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Home Depot and Jeldwen need better quality control I have installed well over a thousand doors as a professional trimmer. Quality control at the door factories must have taken a hit as a result of companies leaning hard on accounting to improve the bottom line. All 3 doors that were recently picked up from HD had quality issues that show a lack of quality control. Poorly mortised hinges, separated joints where header and jamb leg are connected, missing hinge screws and no edge bevel were problems I found on all the doors i recently installed. All of these factors would have caused a weekend warrior type problems with installing the doors. March 5, 2014
