Installed a railing and painted it white along with the columns. With the existing shutters, there was just too much white out front (see photo). Bought these to replace ones already installed. Thought about painting the old ones black but after doing some research and comparing the time and costs of spray paint we decided to get these instead. Now we won't have to worry about the paint fading or chipping. Some before and after shots below.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Carrie I really like these
These look great on our house, fairly easy to install, but they are so tall, that it would have been nice to have another point of anchor in the middle of the shutter without having to drill additional holes in it.

Replaced old wooden shutters with the vinyl ones. They look good and we never have to paint again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ClickTrack Inexpensive vinyl shutters, just as described.
Installation kit (plastic bolts) included has very limited use. Ended up getting stainless steel self-drilling screws for more secure mounting.
Home delivery (UPS) was really quick.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Carrie Very nice looking, a little flimsy
We couldn't wait to put shutters on our home, and finding them in the size we needed was awesome! They are a little
Flimsy and for the size we got they could have used an additional screw in the middle, but because ours are under a porch we didn't do it.

I installed these onto wood siding. Pre-drilled holes in shutters, held shutter up next to window, drilled through those holes into siding, then tapped in anchors.
