Had this fridge for about a month now. So far, no problems. Keeps all my beer ice cold and works great. I have it in a built in BBQ island and it's covered so hopefully I won't run into any problems soon. My last fridge that I just replaced was about 30 years old and still ran great, but the rust was getting so bad that the door wouldn't shut correctly anymore. Let's just hope I get another 30 years out of this one. :-) I do know that these little fridges still need a lot of air flow, and my bbq has vents on the side to allow for this. Don't box in your fridge in a really tight spot where the air can't flow in the back and then expect it to work great for very long.
Pro's: Light weight, lots of room inside (no ice compartment), has a light inside. Keeps things ice cold.
Con's: Non yet.

I have previously reviewed this purchase and asked to be contacted, I have not been contacted. The advertisement for the product stated that it was an outdoor refrigerator and upon reading the owners instructions, it says that the refrigerator should be operated between 60 and 90 degrees, hardly outdoor. It also stated that the refrigerator was ideal for a BBQ station but the owners manual said that the refrigerator should be free standing and not exposed to the elements. Lastly, I stated that if the refrigerator fails, I expect a full refund since you sent me something other than was advertised.

I was willing to pay a little more for an "outdoor" refrigerator, but this is nothing more than an expensive mini-fridge. The company logo peeled off within 36 hours of being outdoors. Once I changed the door swing from left to right over to right to left the door hangs up on the light switch. The feet are made of cheap plastic and are difficult to adjust. Only time will tell if it lasts outdoors better than any other mini-fridge.

The shelves are so cheap and flimsey the cans and bottles keep falling over. The frig fits perfectly and looks great. However, since the shelves are worthless, the frig becomes worthless.

This product is touted as an outdoor refrigerator but should not be considered if you want to place it in an outdoor kitchen unless you REALLY ventilate the area where it sits. After getting the fridge we realized it stated that it was not to be placed in an enclosed area, so we had to modify our building plans for the outdoor kitchen in order to allow extra ventilation. The stainless steel door got so hot here in Tucson we had to put up insulation over it during the day. It was so hot it blistered my knee when I accidentally touched it! It is very pretty and looks wonderful. The front stainless steel door cleans and shines up easily with Pledge.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by guyfromthevalley Good refrigerator and a great price
I was building an outdoor kitchen and I was shopping around for a refrigerator. Other refrigerators' prices were crazy, this was the only refrigerator for a reasonable price. I was scared of the refrigerator because of the review, but I bought it anyways. The kitchen is done and refrigerator is working great. It has alot of room and keeps drinks cold. It is also very durable, It went through alot of construction. I recommend that if the frige is not storing anything you lower the temperature that is probably why it froze. I rise it to about 6 if their is anything in it, and lower it to 3 if it is empty. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lsgpro Little adjustments make this a good product
I have recently purchased this product for convenience in my room. I read all the other reviews and most of the things other people found wrong with it only takes a little thinking to overcome it's short falls. The door storage can be corrected by just shortening the holding bar to meet your needs. The shelving problem is easily corrected with some thin plexi glass cut to fit the space and a few holes drilled to provide ventilation.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by miamimom Careful, you get what you pay for!
I was thrilled to find a small beverage refrigerator rated "outdoor" at this price, and wondered why some other brands cost north of $1,000 for a similar product. Now I know. While I wouldn't pay hundreds of dollars more, I might just take my chances on a regular "inside" model given our experience with this unit. Frig was delivered very quickly, but came with no documentation whatsoever in the box. With no instructions, switching the door opening was rather challenging. The unit takes forever to cool down cans and bottles, and constantly needs defrosting. It's so bad that we sometimes find beer bottles literally buried in ice frozen to the back wall of the frig.
