can it fit in a suitcase

can it fit in a suitcase
Asked by: nanci
No, this is a very large tool which even disassembled would be difficult to fit in a standard suitcase.

Started to go with the less expensive version but I'm glad I spent the extra dollars for this one. It is solid. Stood up against Georgia clay soil, and a few tree roots on my first use. Not flimsy like the others. I Look like It is built to last for a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built in the USA, and built well! I was excited to get this because of the shed build I have going on. I needed to put in some 4x4 post in and really did not want to rent another auger. I have hard Ohio clay and, but after hold in this digger in my hands, I knew it would work great. It says it's 14 gauge, but it feels thicker. Points have a nice edge and the handles have a wood core with a fiberglass shell that will hold up to the abuse, but still not leave blisters all over your hands. Also has rubber grips for added comfort. The one thing I can say is that you ca tell it's made in th USA because of the solid build. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MADE TO DIG The Bully Tools 5.5 inch Post Hole Digger with Fiberglass Handles is a solidly built, well balanced digging machine. The heavy gauge blades and fiberglass handles feel solid, transfer less impact vibration than expected and grip a good load with each plunge. As a "senior citizen", I am well satisfied with taking less than five minutes to dig a hole 26 inches deep, and to do it with an American made tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every Homeowner Needs One This is a great tool, not only for digging holes for fence posts, but it can be used for digging holes in the garden. I used this to put in a new fence around my chicken coop for the chickens to free range in. I used 4x4 posts with a green cage like wire. I had to make the holes one and a half feet deep and this worked very well. I didn't have to make the hole much larger then needed because I was able to dig deep, take the dirt out of the hole with the tool, and keep the work area much cleaner then with using a regular shovel. I also used it to plant some fall tulip bulbs for next spring. Once simple motion per hole, and the job was done. I liked the fiberglass handle too. Wood can sometimes be tougher to keep in good shape, long term.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great post hole digger I initially got this tool to dig holes for fence posts, but have also used it for a variety of other items such as digging holes for plants and flowers. The handles are very comfortable to grip and you are not easily fatigued. It takes less effort to dig holes and is very well made and very sturdy. Would certainly recommend this tool as it is easy to clean and very durable and can used for multiple chores other than digging posts and the blades are sharp and does not require a lot of effort to dig holes and handles can be used effortlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great post hole diggers Made of fiberglass, so you don't need to worry about the handles ever splitting. Cushion grips on the top of the handles. This one is a little longer than what I'm used to using, Sharp blades make this easy to dig in to the hard Texas dirt. It is also heavier than what I am used to so I get a decent workout with this thing.Which I think because of the weight, the digger goes a little deeper without much effort compared to the lighter weighted ones. Got them to put in fence post when it turns cooler, but have used them mostly so far to dig holes to plant some Forsythia and other bushes around the house.. Works really well and made in the U.S.A....What can be better than that?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product We have some of the hardest clay to dig through in SC. With these diggers it made the job easier. Nice sharp tips and very sturdy wood reinforced fiberglass handles. Rubber grips on the handles make for easier on the hands work. Really hold up well with rough use. Lifetime warranty is a huge plus. These replaced older wood handle diggers I had and they are way better. Buy them and you will be very satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solidly Basic Here is a basic post hole digger, that is solid and light weight in one. It's a heavy duty blade, welded the hinge point of 14 gage steel for those asking that better than most shovels, with a bolt and nut holding the two side together, and attaching the handles, can't get more basic than that. Don't let the words light weight fool you, it has all the power needed to make quick work of digger holes and the only limit is you or your strength. The handle grips are also basic, about five inches and of a rubber type material which are easily gripped to pull the digger up and out of the hole.
