This is my third BUNN purchase. The first i bought used and it lasted for 10 years!
The second, i bought for my business. 4 years strong!
This one, i bought for my cabin and of course, i LOVE it.
My daughter has put in a request, that when she gets married, i HAVE to buy her one!
Fantastic product and being able to carry the pot to the table without the mess is
a huge bonus. The coffee stays hot for hours! No bitter taste like the el-cheapos either :)

I have owned a Bunn before and after seven years of service it started leaking. I purchased the new 10-cup Thermal Carafe version. All I can say is wow! The thermal carafe does keep the coffee fresh and hot just like they advertise. Of course the coffee has the perfect Bunn brew also. I could not have bought a better coffee maker. Only takes three minutes to brew the entire carafe full, simple to use - just insert filter, add coffee, add water and you're off. I just can't say enough about how impressed I am by the thermal carafe - not only does it keep the coffee hot for hours, but it still taste fresh and you are saving electricity by not using a warming plate. My final words - I Love It!

I like this coffee maker so much, this is a second purchase for a second home. This is not a "bells and whistles" coffee maker. Instead it makes a great, full pot of coffee in 3 minutes, and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for 2 hours. Since the reservoir keeps the water very hot all the time, a fabulous pot of coffee is almost instantly available. The water doesn't trickle thru a small whole, like most coffee makers do, instead the head is like a shower head, so all the coffee gets absorbed, not just the middle part.
This coffee maker is great value since it doesn't break down after 1year like all other coffee makers. It also has a 3 year warranty, when all others have only 1 year.

Good coffee maker but has several issues that should be addressed. Do not leaving it on all the time. No on and off switch. If you shut the lid on accident hot water pours out. Has happened to me twice when tired in morning. No measure for water. I had to buy something to measure water. Can't set up night before because water can't sit in tank. Will leak. However, it does make good and hot coffee fast. Really like the carafe but you do have to put hot water in before brew so inside of carafe gets hot. If you do not coffee not that hot. Sometimes smell of burning plastic. Go back in forth about returning it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Javalover Good coffee, nice and hot!
I would have given it 4 and a half stars if you could. The coffee is good and hot and the carafe keeps it warm for a long time, close to 2 hours. This is much better than my old Bunn where the carafe leaked and only kept it warm for maybe 20-30 minutes. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the carafe has this little piece of rubber on the top where the coffee enters it during brewing. It keeps falling out when I am cleaning the pot and it will probably eventually get lost. I guess I will need to buy a new part when that happens. Maybe they do it on purpose for that reason. Overall though, it is a really good coffee maker. I would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by janie It was my 2nd Bunn. I love fast coffee making.
The only thing was a little harder learning curve. We had one of the glass caraffe ones and this took a little more brain power to get it ready to go. After getting that right, we had no problem with our 1st pot of coffee. A nice thing to do is to get your water in the top. Don't put the lid down till you have filled the pot with very hot water for a little bit, then pour it out and put the caraffe under and put the lid down. It helps keep it a little hotter longer.
