Product Overview

The CAMO Edge Deck Fastening System works on most treated lumber, hardwood, cedar, composite or PVC deckboard. CAMO Edge Driver Bits combine to deliver a fastener-free deck surface at a price that makes getting the job easy and installing the deck even easier. The CAMO Edge Deck Fastening System is engineered to work exclusively together. Using other branded tools, fasteners or bits will impair performance and won't produce the desired results.

  • For use with most nominal 5/4 (1 in. x 5-1/4 in. to 5-3/4 in.) solid or grooved deckboards
  • Protech coated - 1500 hour salt spray
  • Covers approx. 200 sq. ft. deck
  • 2-free driver bits included
  • A reverse rake tip removes deck material as it bores, allowing the screw to penetrate the board without splitting
  • A star drive offers more points of contact for better performance and reduces bit slippage and wear
  • An aggressive lower thread pattern provides superior holding power while the reverse upper thread pulls the board tight to the joist and provides a clean, finished entry
  • A unique trim head design provides a less visible point of entry

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The CAMO System is best and simplest hidden fastener method Easy to use and effective. Is holding well and not readily visible. October 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little pricey Screws work great with the Camo Pro on 5/4 deck boards. Pull down the decking good and tight. Gave it only 4 stars because of the price. October 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product! Installation is a lot slower but well worth the end result. They are a bit pricey and I would like to see them include a few starter screws, the first 2 rows against the house you don't have room for the drill with the tool to fit. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Locked tight These work great with or without the tool. They lock down tighbarely visible. June 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by When used with the CAMOMarksman Pro Tool, these get the job done fast! I laid a 220sqft deck in a couple of hours with these - they look good and were super easy to use. July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome quality I have seen some negative reviews about these screws breaking easily. That is totally bogus. Even when I didn't use the CAMO tool to put these in, I leaned into them with my screw gun and could bend them now and then, but never broke one. I installed over 2,000 of these screws and only bent two!! I backed out numerous ones and could reuse them with no problems. I definitely recommend these screws along with the CAMO system to put down a deck. Awesome product even though it is a bit expensive, but the results and the way it looks makes it well worth it. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't waste your money like I did I installed over 1000 sq ft of decking using the camo deck screws and used the camo marksman pro tool. After been installed for less than one month the screws started snapping in half. Now most of my decking is loose and needs to be removed and a proper fastener system used. I have tried to contact the company that makes them but they will not return phone calls or emails. Don't waste your money like I did. January 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by These are great screws. When used with the tool made for them, these screws are great. I built a 12' X 24' deck with a 32' wheelchair ramp and no screws are showing. I used these screws for the railing stiles and no screws are showing on the railing. I used pocket holes to attach the rails to the 4X4 posts. Without the tool, you need to start a pilot hole and then put the screw in, but it works. I used this on treated 5/4 X 6 boards. December 27, 2012
