After the cord on my desk phone at work tangled up for the hundredth time, I figured it was time to buy a new one. Boy was I happy when I found the 25 ft corded phone handset coil in black! I was so happy about it, I took it out for dinner. I even introduced it to my parents. When I showed it off to my sister, I got a typical eye-roll from her. I know my sister only wants the best for me. She knew that this phone cord didn't feature gold connections. But, I knew that I was happy with the brass coated steel the cord had. When I brought the cord to work, my coworkers were jealous. I even heard a few of the real jealous ones talking by the water cooler about how ugly and curly the cord was. I don't know, I might have found - the one!

I really needed a brown cord but they only carried white and black. The cord works fine.

I like to keep a corded, plugged in phone in our house for power outages, emergencies, etc….
Needed a long cord and HD was the only store that I could find one.

Have used it for over a month now. Has not gotten twisted on itself the way other cords I used did. Quite happy with it.

This cord was used on an AT&T desk phone station. The cord cuts out the connection from what seems to be improper sizing of the jack. Evidently there are no longer standardized sizes! I bet it wasn't made in the USA.
