Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Hey this cable is directional
I just want people to beware that this cable is directional. it has a output side and input side. for the cost of the cable it is simply great for our needs. we use 2 cables to driver a couple of 70" monitors at the full 50' distance.

I bought this cable to run a projector at my office. The electrician did not know there was in and out but realized it after install and thought he was backwards but the directions show he was correct, very confusing! Then we plugged in and it did not work so we removed the outlet port and it worked.... the first time. We then plugged in again and it worked, then didn't, then did and so on... What we realized is that the cable will work but you need to unplug it from your computer sometimes and wait about 10 seconds and plug it back in. Very strange how it happens and I would not recommend this product to anyone...

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by UpsetTechnician This cable made me feel like an idiot...
I repair RV motorhomes for a living and this cable was to replace a bad one originally installed in the Motorhome. After snaking it through some of the craziest twist and turns imaginable (4 hours of work between 2 guys, and that's only about 80% completion). We plugged everything in to have it not work, after plugging and unplugging this cable about 20 times I finally noticed an "in" label on one of the ends. There was also small tags on the cable which the side I saw was in Spanish so they both were ripped off with no regard. Basically, everything is going to be taken out and put back in all over again. They didn't do a horrible job of making it aware of the directionality but they deff could have put in a lot more effort. Such as a big label on the packaging would have helped. My fault partially. Very upset.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SADHomeDepotcustomer Mistake to go cheap
Last summer I purchased this cable to enable placing a new flat screen television on the opposite wall from the cable box, dvr and bluray player. It was the least expensive 50 foot HDMI cable I found. Getting the cable through the walls and across the ceiling was a big job for an electrician. The cable failed and required replacement and repeating the difficult installation. Big mistake to go cheap on something that would be such a problem when it failed.

Got this to connect my PC to my AV receiver but all it did was crash the main PC display when the receiver was turned on. It is also the first time I have ever seen Input and Output on HDMI cable ends. Had to return it within two hours.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by avidinternet MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! IN and OUT
After we ran this through our attic and could not get a picture I googled this product and came upon the helpful reviews of people before me that said there is an IN and OUT on this HDMI cable. Out goes to your video screen, in goes to your source. Product should be labeled more clearly and so should the IN and OUT labels which you can barely notice.
