A few years ago, I bought a similar product and had difficultly making a good cat 5 ethernet connection. I had to discard them at the time. However, no worries this time. They have fixed any issues. These make the connection and do it well. 100mb links I have running are fine with no errors.
The included punch down tool does the trick. It doesn't have to be fancy. Keep in mind the tool will be disposed of after the 10 connectors are done though.
I want to discuss size a bit. See attached photo which compares a 15 year old version to this one. It is much smaller, and that's mostly good because it leaves more room in the box for your connections. However, there is a small sacrifice in that the clips don't snap as well into faceplates as other brands. It does snap in, but the fit isn't as tight as I would like. But in any event, it seems to be holding OK.

Inserts do not fit SMJ biscuits and pop out if used. They also are inconsistent with wire openings not allowing a punch tool to properly seat the wire.

RJ-45 jacks are just a pain to wire, period. These gave me gigabit speeds on 100+ foot runs of CAT5e in 11 out of 12 jacks because I was very careful with the jack wiring. Instructions should be better written, but there are plenty of instructions online. Don't untwist if you don't have to, keep the wires close to each other, and clip the ends off close. Product did its job.

I have used another brand of these and they were a lot harder to follow than these. Plus these were easier to punch down and didn't break like the other brand.

The punch down area and body behind the wall plate are smaller than some of the other brands I have worked with which is nice when you are using a multi-port plate. They snapped into another manufacturers face plate and held in tight. The punch down area is labeled for 568A and 568B wiring configurations. They include a one piece dust cap and a manual punch tool. The jacks passed a gigabit performance certification test with a cable certification tool.

The jacks are sturdy and easy to use. Just cost too much at Home Depot compared to other places

I have installed these to be used with our 12 VOIP phones. I am running an 802.11af POE power injector through these Jacks. (No problems so far) They have been running for 2 months now.
I used a Fluke JackRapid Punchdown Tool for Leviton 41106,41108,5G108 to terminate these jacks. (Little tight, but works)

Needed to rewire the network at a client's location when he chose to remodel his office. Ran the cable, wired the new jack, popped it in the faceplate, and screwed it down. A quick network test verified everything was working perfectly. Using these keystone jacks makes the job easy and fast. The best part is, every pack comes with a punchdown tool to secure the wires into the jack. I still have and use the one I got with my first pack of these from years ago. Never had a problem with these.
