Designed for ease of installation with pre-punched mounting holes, this hardwired heater can be wired at either end. Rugged U.S.A. steel construction with powder coated white paint for a durable, premium finish. A thermostat is required and sold separately.

difference between 120,208,240

In terms of efficiency and overall cost to operate, which baseboard heater would be better to purchase - a 120v, 208v, or 240v?

Based on the same wattage of 1,500 watts the 120 volt, 208 volt and 240 volt will all cost the same in regards to electrical cost and will have the same run time. There is an advantage with the 240 volt because they are more efficient with wire and breaker size due to reduced amperage.

The 72 inch 1,500 watt 208 volt electric baseboard heater does not have a fan.
If you are looking for a heater with a fan please take a look at the CSC202TW in wall fan heater, which is rated for 208 volt. At 240 volts this heater will run at 2,000 watts, but at 208 volts it will run at 1,500 watts, the same as the baseboard Read More

If you are looking for a heater with a fan please take a look at the CSC202TW in wall fan heater, which is rated for 208 volt. At 240 volts this heater will run at 2,000 watts, but at 208 volts it will run at 1,500 watts, the same as the baseboard heater.
