The Com-Pak 1,500 watt 120 volt heater assembly does not have a cover or grill that comes with it. If you are looking for just the grill I have posted the link below.

If this is a new installation and you need the complete unit that comes with the wall can, heater assembly and grill you will want to purchase the CSC151TW. This unit comes with a built in thermostat.

No, do not install this heater in a drop ceiling.
The wall can needs to be secured by studs or rafters which are not present in the drop ceiling.
Also, the drop ceiling will likely not support the weight of the heater.
