The heater unit was easy to install. The FAQ's were very informational and expedited the parts shopping for the circuit breaker and wire. The fan is a little softer than I had hoped.

Works well. Looks nice. Unfortunately, I was replacing an older, larger heater set in a non-plaster wall. After removing the old heater, I framed in a smaller opening to accommodate the new smaller heater. That left voids left and bottom which I filled in with strips of luan. I then cut molding with mitered corners to make a picture frame, painted it to match other accent trim in the room, and attached around the heater to the wall with a brad nailer. Looks quite nice.

This is the 3rd one of these I've installed. The first one in my bathroom has been going for about 10 years without any problems. I installed one in my basement office since installing baseboard cost too much. The third is for a new bathroom. It easily heats these spaces easily and quietly.

This heater has been installed in a basement bedroom that is 250 sq ft. I installed this stronger unit so that there wouldn't be a lot of heat loss since the bedroom has a non insulated drop ceiling. I did not need to worry since this heater warms the room up very fast on the medium setting and can make the room hot on the high setting. It is the only heat source for this bedroom and it works amazingly well. I've tried fan heaters and quartz heaters that promised up to 1,000 sq ft in that room and they could only keep the room a bit warm. No bill yet since I've only had it a week so can't speak on electricity usage yet but still very happy I chose this wall heater.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Alan Great little heater
This electric heater is small and easy to install, yet powerful enough to heat a medium size room with no effort. At 240 Volts it will cost half the price to run of a typical 120 Volt plug in heater. My only disappointment was the marking on the knob. The only marking is HIGH. It may have looked better with markings on the unit cover: OFF, Low > High and an arrow or dot on the knob. Other than that I will use and recommend this heater again. Thank you, Alan

We ordered 2 Cadet Com-Pak 2,000-Watt 240 Volt Fan Forced In-Wall Electric Heaters in white from Home Depot online. They were easy to install, and we like the simple design. They heat quickly and have added wonderful warmth and comfort in each room. It is just what we were hoping for!
Thank you Home Depot for offering this product at your online order site because may be we would not have found this terrific product. It solved our heating situation and the results are what count the most! We give it 10 stars!
With much appreciation,
The Hamilton Family.

I love it. It heats up very quickly. It is not as loud as I thought it was going to be. I only had to turn the dial a little bit to heat the room. And I have a very large room with high ceilings. Im so happy my husband told me about it. It works great.
