Can you use a wall thermostat other than the Cadet thermostat?

I would like to use a thermostat that enables me to turn the heater totally off without going to the breaker box. Will another standard type thermostat work?

If you would like a wall thermostat with an off position you will need a double pole thermostat. Cadet offers the T410B-W which is a double pole thermostat and is compatible with a 120 volt heater and power supply. Please see the link Read More
