Answer:
Thank you for your question.
Yes, the Perfectoe 1,000 watt 120 volt heater is approved for use with a timer, but the amperage rating for the timer must exceed the amperage draw of the heater. The Perfectoe 1,000 watt 120 volt draws 8.3 amps.

This heater does not come with a kick button. The two options available to run this heater are a wall mounted thermostat or an optional built-in thermostat (with a knob).

One option is to use an integral(built-in) thermostat kit. Both the single and double pole Perfectoe Series UC integral thermostat kits come with a temperature range of 40 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. The double pole thermostat features a positive off setting when turned completely counterclockwise and has 4 wires. Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Added heater to new bathroom. When we completely redid our master bath, we purchased an under cabinet heater to replace a portable heater. We are very pleased with the results. The thermostat calls for heat when needed, the heat travels over the floor and takes up no extra space. We are very plrased! March 28, 2015
