I have never used a spray paint gun of any sort before but needed something to spray latex on a foam costume (Godzilla). I had the neighbor show me the basics. So far I am very pleased. It will spray straight undiluted latex with no splotching at all. It is simple to clean. only needed 40 psi to spray. You do have to be careful not to over-tighten (very difficult to loosen if it is) , and you have to make sure it is tightened enough so it will not leak. Other than that it seems to spray well, even pointing down towards the floor. Definitely worth the 35.00 or so dollars. You do Not need the kit unless you do not have a regular hook up adapter on your air pump.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by joeee i dont like this style of air gun
i run 2 air spray guns at my shop all day long to service machines i use this air gun inside and a pistol grip one around back of the shop. at the end of the day both get thrown in the back of the truck in a wet nasty environment, the pistol grip is about a year old never had a prob. I dont like this one for several reasons first its poor quality machining/ deburring , i got a nasty metal splinter from screwing the tip on, the metal feels cheap for what you pay. and when it sits in water it gets stiff probably rusty inside, where as the pistol grip one takes the abuse. so unless you need the attachments go with the pistol grip

This set of air compressor accessories was inexpensive, and has proven to be very valuable to me around the house. It contained everything I needed to pump up my basketball, inflate my bike tires and my car tires. the different accessories were simple and easy to change for different uses. I highly recommend it.
