Answer:
The RP3200 does not have a battery. It has a DC motor that runs off a 12 volt source such as a cigarette lighter in an automobile. An owners manual can be found at chpower.com.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best tire inflator on the market I had been looking for a tire inflator for home use for a while. One of my neighbors had one of the early Campbell Hausfeld units and he let me borrow it on occassion. This unit is easy to use, has a long enough cord to reach all tires, and has a built in pressure ilmit on the guage. Its a high quality durable unit and as far as Im concerned best available on the market January 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by tire inflator with automatic shut off very nice compact 12 volt compressor .inflates tires very fast and easy. January 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good utility inflator Works good. Auto shutoff feature is nice. The door for the cord and hose storage compartment keeps popping off unless the cord and hose are meticulously folded and stuffed back in the compartment. Just an annoyance so I let the cord and hose dangle between uses. December 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Campbell Hausefeld compressor Compactness is a good feature for storing in a vehicle trunk. It takes a lot of time to fill a tire. December 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nifty This inflator is really handy. What sets it apart is the automatic shutoff feature. You set the dial to the pressure you want, hook it up, turn it on, and it pumps until the desired pressure is reached. This means you don't have to monitor it while it takes its time inflating a truck tire. It also makes it easy to set all your tires to the target pressure. I verified the pressure gauge against my good dial gauge, and it is exactly on. Another nice feature is that it has a little compartment you coil the hose and cable into, then snap the door neatly shut. Doesn't get tangled up with the other stuff in my tool box. No problem with the current draw from the lighter socket or the aux socket on my vehicles. Delivers higher pressure than my compressor will. On the negative side, the coupler doesn't disengage from valve stems very smoothly and seems to be getting chewed up inside. I hope it lasts. October 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good item this compressor is simple to use and pretty quick. It's compact and accurate. A bit noisy and moves around a bit. October 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tire Inflator good price ... good value ... we got this for a customer and they seemed very happy with it. October 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Saves you that $1.00 charge for air! This is a pretty handy, light duty tire inflator. The auto-shutoff is not very accurate (analog setting on a dial), but you don't need to watch the thing all through inflation. I used it on car tires, tires to my garden tractor, and the tires on the cart that goes with the garden tractor. Worked fine, reasonable time to fill. Good value for the money. August 10, 2015
