Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rcINva Good unit with small size! Don't forget to tighten the hose.
I had this brand of pressure washer lasted the past 14 years, until recently it stopped working sometimes. Then I decided to buy a new one. After much research, ended up this very same brand.
For small one like this, feature is pretty much the same. All I care is the quality.
When i first put it together to use, there's leak on the connector between high pressure hose and the lance/washer gun. After a few tries, I realized it must be too lose since it's hand tight. After i use a prier to tighten it a bit, everything is fine! Just remember not to tighten it too hard thou, otherwise it's very hard to loosen it after a while.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by George leaking, obsolete and inferior with no customer support
This product is obsolete and inferior in every way from it's upright design, cheap plastic production parts and lacks any Customer Service from Campbell Hausfeld; three calls to Campbell Hausfeld1800 and always 16 calls ahead, then a messsage comes on and says try your call later. After buying a metal garden hose fitting to replace the leaking plastic one furnished, the pump leaked from the bottom of the unit and was returned to the store for a credit.
I bought an assembled low profile unit for the same money with quick release oring type hose connections and 3 actual brass jets, turned it on and it performed perfectly with no leaks.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Matt Great bang for the buck
This pressure washer is a great bang for your buck. It cleaned the grout between my tiles on my outside patio. Works wonders on pavers. And has a nice attachment for cleaning screens. I was unsure how well it would do compared to a gas powered unit and although it isnt a gas machine i was very happy with the amount of pressure it has. Great for things around the house. The only downsize is it leaks where you connect the hose to the unit. It comes with a plastic screw connection instead of a metal one and it can be a pain to set it up just right, but im sire it can be easily replaced i was able to work with it though. Thats really the only negative ive found.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gitterdone good value
Only had this for a few weeks now but I like the power of the spray especially the turbo attachment. Cleaned dirt and algae off brick entry like a breeze. Great for spanish roof tiles too. Made short work of cleaning a vinyl fence a few days later. Also works GREAT on cleaning pool and jacuzzi filters. Only complaint was that you can't dispense soap at high pressure. Low pressure is useless for actually cleaning anything. It just allows you to apply soapy water gently on the surface of something, then go over the whole thing at high pressure with no soap. A longer nozzle hose would be nice but the unit is light enough to move around easily. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Frank27284 Powerful Machine at a Great Price
This pressure washer works great. I used it to clean off several old outdoor chairs and tables with no problem. It was quick and easy. I also used it to clean off an outdoor staircase that had not been cleaned in 20 yeras. It did the job and now the staircase looks like new. I did not use any chemicals, just the water pressure from the washer. I also have an older gas powered pressure washer and this works just as well and is mush easier to use. This will do just about any household job you have. I highly recommend it, and the price is great,

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Doodle Power Washer
The power washer was easy to assemble. I appreciated the power but the sprayer hose was rigid and hard to use. On the first use the machine would flood out (if I can use that term) and once I would release the spray hose and press again the machine would engage. This would happen frequently. Water began leaking from the hose and sprayer handle connection on the first use. Due to the style it could not be repaired.
I returned the product and purchased a Ryobi Electric Power Washer that works great.
I would not recommend this product.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by VC70 Excellent Buy!!
Found this power-washer online and decided to give it a try. In the past, power-washers that were within my abilities to lift and use would burn out after a few uses. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars, so this was just in my price range. The washer did a great job - didn't burn out by the time I was halfway through the job and was easy for me to use. Up to this point, I am pleased with my purchase. Home Depot didn't carry this product, so I bought it online. The product arrived in a few days without any incident.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Kokojoe9 Leakage is a big problem
Everything was straight forward if you remember your model number as the unit comes with the directions to three different power washers. I contacted the company about the leakage and it happens there are several different water connectors, mine was not listed. They do not answer their toll free number however they are quick to answer a email. The soap dispencer will only apply soap if you remove the power head. I will try to find a metal double female connector for the hose if I am unable to stop this leak I will probably return the unit to Home Depot.
