Bought one to have in the garage to refill a chronically leaky tire (so that I didn't have to haul out the portable compressor and hose - and change the attachment - that I use for actual work.
Pretty much has to run constantly in order to fill a truck tire. And super noisy.
I put it in the back alley on the first day. Luckily, somebody drove up and took it.
Maybe someone could use it to attach a couple pieces of trim around a doorway but you could rent a better product for $50/day at Home Depot.
For $200 you could buy a Dewalt, Bostich or FatMax pancake compressor that refills less often yet is robust enough to handle trim work easily. In fact, I've used my Bostich for shingling for 5 years and it's still going strong.
Pay the extra hundred bucks and buy a good portable. In fact, if you wait for a sale you could probably get a compressor + 1-2 finishing nailers for $200-$250.

Used this for just under 2 years to inflate tires (up to 35 psi) and once to run a small brad nailer to put up some trim. I kept it stored in a 18 gall. tote bin to prevent damage to the unit. Only took it out of tote to use it. It still failed due to leaking from the internal components. It was also super noisy during use. Not impressed.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Elecdiyser FOR SMALL JOBS ONLY !
I bought one of these air compressors for small jobs and so far it is doing ok . it is not very good for trying to inflate a car tire it takes to long . I used the nail gun to build a closet in my basement and it worked great . for the price it was not bad . mines came with a nail gun, the air chuck the hose and all the attachments

Very disappointed in this product. Very noisy, very slow to reach working pressure. Used this mainly for light use (tire inflation, brad/staple nailing) and the unit now runs non-stop and will not pressurize more than 40PSI...and it takes 20min+ to even get that much pressure. I would expect a product like this, when used for light duty, would last longer than 1-2yrs. This unit will be tossed in the trash and I will be looking for a better built, higher quality unit to replace it. I will not be buying another Campbell Hausfeld product.

Compressor unit is to small to fill the 2 gallon tank could not even maintain pressure to bring tire from 28 to 31 PSI May be OK for a bicycle tire

I have had two of these. Each lasted less than a year under very light use. Do not waste your money. I've had better luck with inflaters that plug into your cigarette lighter.
