When properly frozen our Coldmaster standard foods pans hold food at or below the ServSafe guideline temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below for up to eight hours. Eight hours of freezing produces 8 hours of cold retention. Pans are sized to fit in a standard food pan footprint in your salad or foodbar.
