Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked like it was suppose to I needed to replace the pressure relief valve on my daughter's Reem water heater that is only 4yrs old. What I discovered is, they make two different styles, a long neck for the side and a shorter one for the top, Once I decided which one I needed, I purchased it, and when to my daughter's house and replaced the defective relief valve.. Wrapped the threads with Teflon tape and screwed it in, tightened it, turned the water on and no leaks, works fine. What I would say is, after all the other troubles my daughter has had with the direct vent Reem water heater, I don't think I would ever purchase one to replace my 25yr old water heater. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One heck of a TPR valve From the moment my shears bit into the 10 gage plastic packaging, and on to feeling the smooth metal of the valve's body I knew this would be no ordinary valve experience. The valve threaded right in, just like every other one I've used, but something I've come to appreciate over the years. I wanted to be sure it really worked though, so I jumped the thermostat wiring, fired up the water heater, and let 'er boil. WOW - ever seen and heard one of these things blow? Get some ear plugs and stand back, way back, or that steam will burn the skin right off you. Seriously folks, it's a TPR, not much to like or dislike. June 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very easy to install Takes about 20 minutes to install after draining the hot water tank below the valve. Install, check for leaks and you are ready to enjoy hot water again. April 15, 2014
