Horrible.... I was using it with my fire pit and it collapses into the fire. When I measure it, it's not 24 inches.
Very disappointed in the quality.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mark handle snapped off with first use
Looks like the two handles are spot welded to the frame. Not very good welds as the one handle snapped off the first time I tried to "open" the screen.

The pictures and description do not do justice to the product. As a replacement it exceeds the design of the original spark suppressor that came with the fire pit. It is safer, has a taller height, will make adding fuel to the fire much easier. A+

Was packaged well, arrived in good condition. Assembly was very quick and easy. Looks very good. Have not used it yet but plan to during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

We love our fire pit. Unfortunately the spark screen takes a beating. Why buy a whole pit when all you need is the screen? Having read the mixed reviews on replacement screens I was not sure about this or any product. I decided to put a few coats of high temp paint on this screen before putting it in service. The new screen looks nice. It appears to be better build than the original. We'll be putting it into use later this week. We'll see... The price was right. The paint cost an extra $7. Hopefully this screen will last longer than the original.

Great product, easy to assemble. I liked ordering on-line and picking up at the store.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bart Does its job, but won't last long
I use this fire pit screen inside my tipi. This is the second one I bought in 4 yrs, so I know what I'm getting.
Easy to assemble, and works well, giving easy access to the fire for feeding without having to lift it off or remove it, thanks to the "roll up" pivoting set up.
One short coming is that the screening is very thin, thus subject to warping and early failure. After the 2nd year the flames and natural moisture in the air cause the screen to rust and splinter, leaving holes in the screening. Painting it with heat resistant paint barely helps. This would be a 5 star review if not for the thin gauge screen's fragility. If I could find the same cover with heavier screening I'd happily pay more for it.
