The screen was the perfect size for our pit and functions as it is supposed to do. We have only had it for a month or so, so it is difficult to say whether or not it will hold up over time. We are satisfied with this purchase.

I measured my pit diameter before I placed my order. I also researched prices at various sites before purchasing this screen. It was easy to assemble. It fits my pit. It has plenty of space to stack wood with the screen in place. In short, it is perfect for my needs and decently priced.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keef Folding spark screen
The folding spark screen was easy to put together. I purchased one after I saw one at a friends house in action. Either side opens easily for stirring the fire or adding fuel. The 32" version fits great on top of landscape bricks that I got at HD. 10 of the bricks make a circle that is 28-36 inches in diameter so the screen fits well. the bricks were $2 each so I was able to build the pit part for $60.

Nice fit for my fire pit. My second time purchasing this screen. A cover for this is a must. Started rusting after the first year. With a little black paint and a cover, I was able to get 5 years out of my first screen.
Would buy again in another 5 years.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mac my 2nd purchase of this item
this screen last about two seasons
I would recommend it
however: if you do not have flat sides on your fire pit (LIKE ME) you will need to do some customization
I used 4 galvanized conduit straps on the inside edge and 4 on the out side edge because my pit has rolled edges and the screen will tend to fall off when opened ( thease conduit straps are easily shaped by hand to fit and I attached them to the screen and not the pit so the screen can still be removed
an easy addition with1/2" self tapping hex head screws
((the manufacturer would do well to have these pre attached)) (maybe they will read this))
