The screen was the perfect size for our pit and functions as it is supposed to do. We have only had it for a month or so, so it is difficult to say whether or not it will hold up over time. We are satisfied with this purchase.

I measured my pit diameter before I placed my order. I also researched prices at various sites before purchasing this screen. It was easy to assemble. It fits my pit. It has plenty of space to stack wood with the screen in place. In short, it is perfect for my needs and decently priced.

The folding spark screen was easy to put together. I purchased one after I saw one at a friends house in action. Either side opens easily for stirring the fire or adding fuel. The 32" version fits great on top of landscape bricks that I got at HD. 10 of the bricks make a circle that is 28-36 inches in diameter so the screen fits well. the bricks were $2 each so I was able to build the pit part for $60.

Nice fit for my fire pit. My second time purchasing this screen. A cover for this is a must. Started rusting after the first year. With a little black paint and a cover, I was able to get 5 years out of my first screen.
Would buy again in another 5 years.

I ordered the screen based entirely on the description and photos on the Home Depot website. Because of the rotating lid it is easy to add logs. I was happy with my choice. A friend built the masonry fire pit to fit the screen shown in the photo taken in my backyard. Two weeks later, I saw the same screen used in the repair yard of a railroad museum. They used a truck tire rim as their fire pit. The screen fit my formal application and a casual application in the rail yard.
