Answer:
The design of the Ceilume Jackson tile projects downwards .45" from the ceiling. You crown molding would end up with about a 1/2" gap from the ceiling. The Ceilume Fleur-de-lis or Continental pattern has a very low relief which makes it a perfect border for the Jackson and would allow your crown molding to sit snug against the ceiling.

Answer:
Unfortunately not. The uneven surface of the popcorn finish makes it almost impossible to properly align the joints where the tiles meet. To achieve a smooth, even ceiling you would need to first remove the popcorn finish.

Answer:
Yes, the Ceilume Jackson tile will work with the Ceiling Max grid system. Because of their unique 3D styling, these panels are not suitable for border areas where panels must be trimmed to less than full size. For border areas, Ceilume'sFleur-de-lis, Oxford or Continental panels are a perfect complement to the Jackson's design

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solved our drop-deiling dilemma We just had the dungeon bathroom in our basement remodeled. We needed something that would allow us access to overhead pipes/electrical/duct work but that wouldn't collect mold or mildew. We didn't want a traditional drop-ceiling tiles. Obviously, tin tiles wouldn't work, so we tried these. Decorative and functional! We purchased the grid that goes with the tiles. I can't speak to easy on installation because we had the ceiling professionally installed. Overall, we're happy with the product. July 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by These are great! Great stick on ceiling tiles....my ceiling is made from plaster and lathe...i need to utilize staples in lieu of the glue...i ordered the decorative strips to put between the tiles and these hide the staples and look good. April 30, 2013
