Looks good on the faucet. Used for it's intended purpose it's marginal at best. I am on my second one in a year. Both have broken at the neck. You can't move the faucet with it as it will break. Very flimsy. Otherwise works. Overall I would not expect to pay more than $7 for something this blatantly cheap. At least some brass in there where the threads are would be helpful and make it worth the $20.

This is the second one I have purchased. Both have cracked where the plastic threads screw into the hose fitting. Once it cracks it leave the broken piece in the hose fitting making it near impossible to get out. The next one I have going to buy is going to have metal threads. The first one lasted about 5 months while the second one barely lasted two months.

Leaks like crazy - fixed the leak and a few days later it leaks again. This was the only option at the store and it was an emergency situation. The plumber has been called for tomorrow, this is going back. Do not buy in any circumstance!

Home Depot guy helped me select this product in lieu of replacing my entire kitchen faucet. Easy DIY. No need to pay plumber to come install a faucet.
The problem I was having with my old spray head is that its spray setting (ON/OFF clicking on top of the sprayer underneath a rubber cap) had been damaged over the years and I would avoid that kind of spray head again. I hardly use the spray feature anyway, and I don't mind persistent pressing (as is the design of this spray head) if I ever need to spray.
With this spray head the water just comes gushing. It is cool again to do dish-washing. I should adjust the water out-flow to save some water bill!
Have just been using it for less than a week, so I don't know how long this will last. The same item sells for less online but you have to wait for transit time.
