Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Central Brass Faucets are TERRIBLE I have used Central Brass faucets in my house for years. And over the years I have spent MORE on replacement parts than SEVERAL times the purchase price. The Ceramic Stems that Central Brass sells the K-352-H failed for me MANY times. That valve COSTS around $30 at supply houses and Home depot doesn't carry them. The Central Brass faucets with washers and seats they go bad too. The parts are far cheaper. But when you add up the amount I spent on brass seats and washers they add up to a new faucet too. Stay away from Central Brass faucets. Stick with big name faucets like Delta, American Standard, Kohler, or any of the NATIONAL brands that offer a lifetime warranty. They'll break too. But at least you won't be going broke buying parts! They will send them to you for free. Central Brass offers a terrible 1 year warranty. I tried emailing them offering them my old stems to see why they didn't repsond. Trust me Home Depot carries loads of nice faucets. Spend some money and buy a good one. The sad part Central Brass bodies feel heavy and they are. The valves and just aren't warranted beyond a year.
