If everything matches (make sure!), then it should fit.
That is what I did and it worked. but if you miss one dimension or detailed description, it may not fit. It should not take more than 30 mins to identify the correct replacement. Effort you put in will pay off much greater. (if you do it correctly)

Answer:
the mount is not included.
reusing the old mount would be the best. If you match the dimensions (motor and shaft ) of old and the replacement before you purchase, it should fit great.

1/3 HP Blower Motor is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service Needed a blowe motor for my wood furnace. Found one online at Home Depot. Went to the Clinton Iowa store and asked them if it would fit they said if it didn't I could return it to the store. So I bought it and it was shipped for free to my house. It was a little different but it worked great just in time for the cold weather. Thanks a bunch Home Depot

It does not come with the mounting hardware, so you should buy that separately if you need it and you should also replace the run capacitor at the same time.

CRITICAL NOTE:Paying a professional who can evaluate condition of heat exchanger, etc. at time of motor wearing out is well spent to protect yourself and family, unless you possess the skill sets, and equipment like fiber optic inspection camera to properly evaluate. LOSS OF BLOWER FUNCTION WILL SUBJECT HEAT EXCHANGER TO HIGHER THAN NORMAL FUNCTION HOT/COLD CYCLES. EVENTS THAT CAN CAUSE CRACKING OR OTHER FAILURE OF THE SEPARATION OF COMBUSTION GAS EXHAUST FROM AIR ENTERING THE LIVING SPACE. As described, Fully functional, replaced 4 speed motor with this 3 speed. Quiet. So far, so good. Unique spade lug contacts for factory harness connectors were removed, cut off old motor wires, then SOLDERed onto new motors wires, then reinserted into factory connector plug. If not soldered, YOU WILL NEED CRIMP BUTT CONNECTORS to connect new motor wire to old supply wires outside the factory quick connector plug. Basic wiring, and mechanical skills required. HEAT REQUIRED to remove squirrel cage frozen on old motor shaft, as unable to grab the hub with my selection of pullers. Requires: Hand tools, Solder, shrink sleeve tubing or electricians tape, or Crimp Butt style connectors NO.12, Ability to properly disassemble furnace and reassemble as safety devices, and exhaust of combustion gases are critical. External Carbon Monoxide detectors should be checked for function anytime furnace function is questioned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heater / AC blower motor Only thing to be concerned about...if you are not an experienced electrician the wiring could throw you as some of the colors have changed...someone on here earlier said the motor was noisey...it is NOT...it is as quiet as a mouse...!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily installed and surprisingly versatile. After initially purchasing I found out this was the wrong motor for my furnace, however because of the simplicity of the installation I tried it anyway. After several tweaks, that is in leveling and shimming the sleeve it is working fine. I consider myself a satisfied customer and this product serves my need well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It spins Loud on startup but functions as it should. Longevity is important factor but there is no way to judge that at this point. The previous motor lasted 25 years. Somehow I don't think this one will make it that long. If it lasts a few years until the furnace is replaced I will be happy.
