Rated 2 out of 5 by from ID stated is not 0.375" as described. Closer to 0.45". This is very thin walled tubing. The website & box/packaging both say this is 3/8" (0.375") ID tubing, but it is definitely not. It IS 0.5" OD, but the ID seems to be 0.45", and the walls are _very_ thin. (Type M?) It deforms (squishes/flattens) very easily, just while trying to hold and work with it.. Definitely use springs if/when bending it, but even then it seems to stretch the walls frighteningly thin (& occasionally wrinkle the inside of the bend). My imperial (wheeled) tubing bender doesn't work on it because the walls are too thin & the inside of the bend will wrinkle (partly because there's so little resistance to bending that the bender doesn't get a good grip to pull on the tubing). It would be 1 star, but got 2 because it arrived in good condition, and since the OD is correct, it can be made to work if you're careful & don't care about long term reliability. If the description was updated, it would be 3 stars. You'd at least know what you're getting, but I'd still recommend against using this for most applications.
