Why? Down here in Naples, FL and a lot of other places I'm sure, where they have residential bldgs, also know as "hi-rises", romex (or 'soft wire') is not allowed. So now were going to have to purchase from electrical supply houses for any/all of this wire??

Well...alrightythen. I guess it is what it is.

Thank you for contacting Cerro with your product inquiry. This item is discontinued, and Cerro no longer supplies this product to Home Depot; however, Home Depot still carries the same type of product by other manufacturers.
