PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Chamberlain 1/2 HP Chain Drive Garage Door Opener comes with 2 remotes. Its illuminated wall control panel enables you to activate the light or lock, as well as open and close the door. If the power goes out, you can still get your car in or out by using the manual release handle. The safety sensor will stop the door if something obstructs its path.
- Chain drive system
- Features a 1/2 HP drive system for easy lifting of heavy doors
- Safety sensor prevents the door from closing when there is an object or person blocking the way
- Built-in light comes on when you activate the garage door for added visibility at night
- Includes 2 remotes for easy access to the garage
- The convenient manual release handle opens the garage door without power
- Quick-and-easy-to-install 5-piece rail system fits most garages with 7 ft. high garage doors. Extension kits are required for garage doors that are 8 ft. (model 7708CB) or 10 ft. (7710CB) in height
