Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HEIDIJR Doesn't work for Older Overhead door
I have a Learn button on the Overhead door Legacy door opener and spent about an hour trying all 9 combinations listed on the minimal guide provided.
I called the number listed but its not for the Universal Door opener, another 10 minutes wasted.
Then on went on the website and tried to locate something that I might be doing wrong. But the website provides a larger size manual. It still doesn't work,
I should have gotten the hint when I purchased it the were a couple of packages that looked opened and returned.
Now I know why,
Doesn't work with Overhead Door.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer I am so tired of everything Chamberlain
I had a ridiculously old Genie garage door opener that worked perfectly until it died at the age of 20+ years. Since I have had Chamberlain, it has been one signal interference issue after another. This remote will not work on my detached garage unless I am inside the garage. Not helpful. Brand new, yet still will not work. I repeat, I NEVER had interference or signal problems with Genie, but I have yet to find a Chamberlain system that will consistently work without interference. Terrible brand. Will NEVER buy their openers or anything again.

I Bought a Chamberlain this time because I was replacing a Chamberlain that the drive sproket broke off. I thought by bying the same product I would not have any problems with my car working. The packaging says it was compatible, IT"S NOT. Now I have to buy another piece to make it work. NOT RIGHT Chamberlain, you should include the bridge in the package.

I just replaced the one I forgot in a rental (no one claimed to have seen it).... Anyway, I immediately went and bought the same clicker for my Chamberlain opener due to seamless programming coupled with flawless operation... A bit pricey, but previous owners didn't leave one-- what to do???

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Elias GETS THE JOB DONE !!
I recently replaced a 24 year old Stanley Garage Door Opener. Much quieter, Love its features : Timer to close (TTC), Battery Backup, Door control Learn button and sensor. REALLY EASY TO TELL WHEN SAFTEY SENSORS ARE ABSTRUCTED NOT LIKE OTHER MODELS WHERE THE DOOR GOES BACK UP WITHOUT LIGHTS FLASHING.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cricky101 Super quiet replacement
I replaced a 20-year-old chain drive model and this one is SO much quieter. Our bedroom is over the garage, and I could literally feel the old opener shake the bed. I can hardly even hear this one it is so quiet.
I haven't been able to get the motion detection to turn the light on yet, though, so I'm a little disappointed about that. I've gone through the instruction book and tried the steps numerous time, but no luck.
I installed it by myself and it took me about 4 hours to get the old one down and the new one installed and everything cleaned up. If you follow the directions, and have a basic selection of tools, you shouldn't have any problems.
