Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Keyless entry My kids asked for a keyless entry and I finally looked into the ability to install one on an older door opener only to learn they had a universal model. Great product for everyone in the family. Ease of installation. Product works as indicated on the package. September 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by E-Z garage project I kept locking myself out of the house, so I needed an E-Z fix to enter via the garage door. The Chamberlain garage dooor remote solved the problem. A 45 minute job to install & program. July 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it! I did a bit of research before I bought this. I have an Overhead Door garage opener. Many of the other universal remotes did NOT list Overhead Door as a compatible brand. The Clicker said "many Overhead Door models" - so i contact Chamberlain (manufacturer). They were sooooo helpful. The instructions that were included with the Clicker Universal Keyless Entry did not work - but Chamberlain pointed me to special instructions on their website, and poof - worked like a charm. Don't know how I lived without this before. Easy to install, easy to use. April 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simple to install, easy to program aqnd works great I have installed universal entry keypads in the past and this unit was easier to program than the others. The entire installation took less than 5 minutes. ONE NOTE: Install the battery and do the programming like it was a handheld remote, then take it to the installation position, test it, and screw it on. This makes it a 1 person job and you don't have to run and press buttons. June 11, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The opening codes get erased, buy a better designed remote opener. Yes, this remote system installs and programs fairly easy. The problem with this remote system is that is looses the codes and ceases to work every couple of months. If you hit the # keys several times, or you hold down some buttons, whatever that cause, you have to reprogram the remote control. This system needs to be improved in several ways, the first is to eliminate the need to hit the 0 button as the enter key for Garage Doors, because if you hit it multiple times or hold it in, it seems to erase the codes. This system needs an "enter" button or some better way to retain and hold it's opening codes. I am going to purchase a better system that I can program, and trust that when my elderly father gets confused and pushes the # and the 0 button multiple times, in an effort to open the door, it won't lock him out. I have two of these things, and both behave the same way, it's in the button design and programming, not in the individual unit. My recommendation, buy a better system, it will be less frustrating in the end. March 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works Good Having the remote work with your garage door opener takes a little research. Openers prior to 1993 most likely will be an issue. The Craftsman I have stamp shows 1994. Not reading the directions properly, I was waiting for the LED light to blink. The light bulb is the light that needs to blink, and after I figured that out it worked fine. March 30, 2015
