I was able to assemble the grill in about one hour by myself with no assistance. I would recommend having a helper to more easily align the basin and lid, which were a touch unwieldy while assembling solo. The grill has been used a few times since assembly, where it performed beautifully, heating up quickly as all gas grills do. Clean-up was a breeze, just pull the grate or grates you used to cook on, and the drip guard for the burners you cooked over, use a mild abrasive if any to scrub (I really only needed a sponge with a scrubby back after cooking steaks), and replace for next time.

This is used every evening. It is nice to have an electric start that actual works. The grates an burner covers remove easily to clean with warm soapy water. The bottom of the BBQ is solid. There is not a removable tray to help with cleaning of grease build up.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mattybumpo Owned 2 months, grill grates warping & coating deteriorating
Purchased this grill in April 2014. Takes about an hour to set up, not "from box to grilling in a matter of minutes" as the site states. I grill about 3 or 4 times a week for 2 to 5 people, nothing overly complex (mostly burgers/dogs/chicken). By early June 2014 the grilling grates are warping and the coating is breaking off. Grill grates are not wire as advertised- some kind of stamped aluminum is my guess. Attached shelf bends under a small amount of weight and has to be bent back periodically. The entire grill bends and flexes when you move it. Sparker never worked. I keep it covered (only uncovered when cooking and during cool down), however there is surface rust showing up on the supports and shelving. It does heat up quickly, has great heat range, and can put a good char on your food, however judging by what it looks like today I will only get one season out of it, two at the most. My last Char-Broil I owned for 16 years and never had to replace the grates, and only had to purchase burners twice.

I bought this sweet grill on a Fathers Day Special Sale. I looked at more expensive models, but for the price, I decided on this one. I had a fancy infrared before and it took FOREVER to heat up (20 minutes). This one heats up in about 3 minutes to 400 degrees so I am ready to grill. I love the temp. gauge and it is very precise. I have even cooked casseroles in pyrex dishes on it when I didn't want to heat up the kitchen on hot days. Just use 2 burners on low to maintain heat. You may have to play around with the burners to get to the consistent temp. you want. This grill has plenty of room for a family of 4-6. Sometimes, cheaper is better.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jimboni38 AN NICE 3-BURNER.
I bought this gas grill, a year ago and it does a fine job, cooking my meats and fish. . The three - burner system, (that you find in more expensive grills), is great... plenty of heat. And, no briquettes to clean.
One drawback is, the placement of a propane gas tank. Instead of "suspending" the tank, I built a lower shelf, to hold tank. That was easy enough.
But you sure cannot beat the price. All in all, I love my gas grill, made by the Char- Broil company.

Happy with this grill. Fits our grilling needs. However I'm getting ready to buy a new lid/top for this grill. The inside of the of the lid it seems it gets to hot and the paint is melting away. Not happy with that

Got it on sale online delivered for around $130. A while later Home Depot emailed me a coupon worth $20 on propane refill which they let me use toward buying a new full tank as a back-up.
I'm liking this grill. I have tested the grate temperature and it is over 600 F, which is pretty high for a basic inexpensive gas grill.
I have done burgers, vegetables, and smoked some country ribs successfully.
If you haven't visited and thoroughly browsed and read Meathead Goldwyn's site "Amazing Ribs" (Google it), you should, to get the real scientific facts about grilling all kinds of things..A lot of what you think you know is wrong.
