Product Overview

Between the outer wall and inner wall of this versatile cooker is a fully enclosed, specially designed propane burner. The heated inner wall radiates natural infrared heat that penetrates food evenly and seals the juices inside. The hot air that is generated escapes out of the top of the cooking chamber before it has a chance to dry out the food. The result is meat that stays moist and tender. The Smoker, Roaster & Grill can easily serve as the only cooker in the backyard.

  • Smoke your food by placing wood chips or pellets in the stainless steel smoker box
  • Roast by using the roasting basket that is an easy alternative to traditional rotisserie cooking
  • Grill meats and vegetables on the stainless steel grates without flare-ups
  • Includes roasting basket, lifting hook, stainless steel grilling grate and 2-Pieces half-rack set
  • Roasting basket a ccommodates turkeys up to 25 lbs.
  • Grilling grate measures 15 in. in diameter
  • The burner BTUs can vary from 9,000 to 18,000
  • Protect your investment with a smoker cover (sold separately)
  • Don't forget the propane -- available at our in-store propane exchange centers

HI, I have been smoking for 5 years. Until I purchased this combo unit I used a propane upright and got great results. This unit cooks at a higher temp so the food is not quite as tender, but it does cook faster and so far the meats I have cooked have been quite good.

Big Easy Propane Gas Smoker Roaster and Grill is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 277.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything they said it was and more!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased this on Fathers Day and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Assembly was a breeze and couldn't wait to start cooking. Seasoned it like the instructions said to do and then began cooking. Everything I have cooked so far has came out better than I could have imagined. Steaks, chicken, pork chops have come out nice and juicy. Could not believe how much juice the chickens had in them. Even the white meat was juicy. NO FLARE UPS!!!!!!! My wife and family are AMAZED at the quality of the food. Several of our friends are thinking of getting this. Anyone considering this don't hesitate. It is well worth the money spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best grill I've ever used for the money period! We live in the country without a lot of wind breaks so I purchased this grill thinking the design being round and the burner not being exposed would be better and was I ever right. But it's so much more than a grill it is great for doing chickens, turkeys, primeribs, porkloins and etc. A lot of my friends have the same problems with the wind and I have helped put together at least eight of these in the last year and everyone loves this grill and it has replaced some pretty high in grills such as webers,Ducanes,Charbroils and some big sams club grills.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SRG I purchased this SRG before reading the reviews. When I read some of the reviews regarding how difficult it was to assemble I considered sending this big box back to HSN I worked up to courage to open it and attempt to put it together I DID IT!! It really was not difficult at all. I then seasoned it as directed and with fingers crossed proceeded to smoke an eleven pound brisket cut in half. I used mesquite and cherry wood chips and to my amazement in approximately three hours I had a PERFECTLY done brisket!!! Thank you Charbroil for this SRG!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding! I purchased this in May and have been the family smoke MASTER ever since. Ribs, whole chickens, beef tenderloin and so much more. Since I bought all the additional racks and hooks, I load this baby up. The ease of smoking meats and then grilling fruits and veggies at the same time make this the best. Super easy clean up on the grilling grate compared to a traditional grill. With tons of recipes and suggestions online which has made this smoker so much fun. sunshine, rain or even snow has not stopped us...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This Grill! We GRILL! Before buying The Big Easy, I had a five burner gas grill with a side burner and infrared rotisserie a charcoal Weber, and a wood/charcoal smoker. My wife thinks I am nuts but does not complain when the food is served. She actually saw The Big Easy first and was drawn to the claim of having NO charred food and therefore no carcinogens. She also like the idea of fat and grease dripping off and not flaring up. We bought it in November 2015 and have used it weekly. Sometimes 5 days in one week. We recently contacted customer support for an issue about an area burning through, (I figured from overuse) and they were right on it. I got an email and a phone call and they are seeing what they can do for us. I will buy another grill when this one wears out because of my experience cooking on this grill. I will buy more Char Broil products because of the great customer service from Teresa.
Date published: 2016-11-12
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Grill Ever I took a chance on this style grill. I was happily surprised when I started using it. Because the burner is at the bottom, the food does not burn. I've cooked burgers, steaks, Vega tables and none burned. You get great grill marks. The only down side is the small chip holder. Seems like the chips last about 20 minutes. The book advises to not soak them, however I will try that.
Date published: 2016-08-01
Rated 4 out of 5 by from The only problem I have with this cooker is the wood box. I have not been able to get it to latch right from day one. I have a piece of Rebar that I lean up against it to keep it closed and not loose all the smoke. Other than that I am very pleased with this cooker. I have only used it as a smoker so far.
Date published: 2016-08-28
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic results We bought this last year. We love it. It's taken some practice, but the results are fantastic! The chicken and turkey comes out with CRISPY skin and is tender and moist inside. Just remember NOT to use oil and butter -- it will smoke and burn, and you don't need it on this grill.
