Since dedicating my CharGriller Pro for smoking, I needed another grill for grilling and the occasional rotisserie roast and chicken. I found the smaller Wrangler grill ideal for my needs.
Assembly was fairly easy, with the exception of the "knockouts" for the rotisserie spit. While these are "removed with a hammer and screw driver", the perforations are not cut deep enough and if done this way there will be damage to the top. I used a die cutter and grinder!
The Wrangler is the ideal size for my needs and while only doing a couple of chickens on the spit and a few burgers so far, I'm happy with the results.

The grill was easy to assemble. The instructions recommended 2 people assemble it but I did it myself in 1 1/2 hours. By the way I am 67 years old.

This is the first time we have used this type of grill and it is working well to our expectation. It is simple, easy to operate and handle. Quite satisfied with what we have purchased.

Really 4 3/4. Start with only complaint and it's nothing detrimental to Grilling. The coal rack is attached to the catch pan, this makes it Very difficult to clean. Really need to get creative to get the last smoke out. Other than that this grill is go to go! The iron racks are a really nice treat just don't forget to care for them properly. Smoked a few different meats, fish, and vegetables smoke infused great. Started with a quick char on the vegetables then smoked them to perfection. I find using hickory over lump coal a great way to smoke ham. The thermostat is what it is and it's pretty accurate. I use my digital and it's very close. Another nice feature with the iron grills is you can offset to your fire so you can cook indirect. I find putting vegetables over a fire on the iron grill is too much. The system is not sealed so expect smoke loss. Once you use it a few times minor adjustments to cooking time make up for this, not a big deal here. I highly recommend an electric starter to keep out starter fluid. Really don't want to be tasting that on your meats. Going to buy the rotisserie and side grill, will update then. Overall Great Grill with lots of potential!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Donna Excellent charcoal grill at a great low price!
My friend made the best "jerk chicken" on this barbecue last weekend! This is a very solid, well-built charcoal grill which dispenses with the need for refilling a propane tank, and allows you to use different types of charcoal to give your foods that wonderful smoky flavor. And the price is right! (My only complaint is that it's going to cost me about $50 to purchase and pay for shipping on a rotisserie for the grill, which we definitely do want.).

I love this grill. It is solid, and heavy, gives you the impression that it will last for a very long time. Putting it together was not hard, but I'm the sort of person that reads ALL the instructions. Even so, it takes time and it is better if you have someone to help you and a socket wrench.
I love the black matte finish, the fact that is expandable - so if want to add the side smoker later on, I can. It is also great that you can raise or lower the coal rack while cooking to control the temperature. The best feature, and this is really the most important thing, is that the actual grill are made of cast iron, and not some flimsy material. The wheels are a bit flimsy, but nothing to worry about.
All in all, I LOVE this grill.

Grill came with bolts and nuts lose in box and was missing some, Will call customer service in the morning to have them send more. Very thin metal and already showing signs of rust right out of the box. It has wheels but no handle to move grill around. I am guessing you grab the side shelf to move the grill. This grill is replacing one I had for 25 years. I don't expect to get more than 1-2 years out this one since I will be keeping it out side,
