I have a huge window like 144 width can this fit

Asked by: Wimpy
You can purchase two panel systems that will allow you to do a center-open. Each system has an adjustable width of 44" - 80". So buying two will allow you to cover a maximum of 160". One set of panels can open to the left and the others to the right. When closed, it provides a great seamless appearance.

Customer Reviews

Allure Crimson Cordless Deluxe Sliding Panel, 96 in. L is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 52.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works, just not quite as expected We still have to do some final touches and patch some holes from old blinds, but overall we are pleased with the quality of the shades. The shades that came with it are extremely long, but the deal is you cut them to preferred length, and then use included brackets which the shade slides into, and then tighten the bracket down. I felt the included screws were only good for the plastic anchors, so I did use some bigger longer screws for the studs. I have kids, so I can only try my best to use whatever I can to make sure things like this stay up there for good. Once I had the blinds on there, I had to adjust the tracks and change them around, the instructions didn't show the variations to set up the blinds with until the end and I wish I had read the instructions all the way through or the variations had been provided at the beginning so I could think it over before attaching the tracks. It would have been nice to have one pole for the four blinds, but the way it is now works, I can slide the track from left to right without issues. With my kids goofing around, the blinds can get in front of each other unlike vertical blinds, but I just correct the blinds and I'm back. They do work great overall, and the bottom bracket doesn't look tacky, in fact the bracket compliments the rest of the product. And it keeps the sun out of the room; we have a TV on the opposite side of the room, and these blinds keep the sun glare away from that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Definitely on the lighter side This product is not made to withstand too much constant handling but is best if installed and then remains relatively stationary. The material lets light filtering in and therefore provides only minimal privacy, so if privacy is a concern, this might not be the best solution. The installation is simple and straight forward and we are leaving the panels bunched on the left side so as to frame the door but not needing to move them all the time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent sliding door shade I was surprised when the product came shipped in a slightly small box. I thought that with the length of the valance, the length of the box would be as long. The valance is actually a little cheaply made, used double sided tape to keep it up. The panels slide easily, however sometimes get caught up a little. They block the outside light and add privacy. The instructions weren't very clear but the installation is pretty easy even without them. Nice decor in any home and comes in different colors which is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extremely thin These panels are very thin and allow a lot of direct light to shine through. If you need sun blocking you may think twice about these. They are functional and meet my decorating needs. I may add blackout fabric on the back of the panels in the near future.

The shades do stick slightly when sliding them, they just have to be moved slowly. We really like them and what they have done for the dining room.

I was disappointed overall in these blinds (despite being satisfied with another product by the same company). First, a few of the fabric panels as manufactured were ever so slightly crooked. After hanging a short edge and ensuring it was level (with a bubble level), we had a non vertical line hanging down (verified with the level). Obviously, not a good look. Next, the cloth valance is only secured to the metal rail hardware with (provided) double-sided sticky tape. This did not work well, and the valance slowly peeled off of its own accord after only a few days. Finally, I felt that the color and relative opacity were notably different from the pictures online. I found the color to be more 'khaki' in person versus the more neutral / almost gray online photos. Also, I felt they let in far less light than the pictures seem to suggest. Overall: disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice looking This is a nice looking product. But be warned...if the box displays a phone number for missing parts, chances are there will be parts missing. This was the case for mine. When the missing parts arrived a week later, they were damaged. Make sure you have all of the parts before you hire someone to installl them. Also, the blinds move in 2 sections instead of one like traditional blinds.
