Customer Questions & Answers

Asked by: MLG
MLG, Those numbers do not identify the color. The LC212 is available in Bone (006), Fawn Beige (068), Regency Blue (064), Silber (162) and White (000). Fawn Beige is a mid-tone brown, it looks exactly like hot chocolate. Not as dark as coffee, the beige color is divine. Bone is a very popular alternative for white in bathrooms. It is a step darker than Biscuit. Please feel free to contact Church Customer service if you need further assistance. The Consumer Care number is 1.888.722.6488 and you may reference CASE# 89774. Why is the bone version of this toilet seat over $200 when the fawn beige is only $35.95?

Asked by: Anonymous
I would expect that it is a decor element. I needed bone to match existing toilet color and didn't want a mismatched toilet. It was rather expensive, but looks like the original. I am happy I found it and certainly beats replacing entire unit because of color inconsistency.

toilet seat purchase

when i go to the store to buy a new one, is there anything else i need to know, other than its elongated? thanks, Mary
Asked by: Anonymous
Hi Mary! That's a good question. When buying a toilet seat, the size is arguably the most important thing you need to know because you want it to fit your toilet bowl. After that, there are actually a lot of preferences you might like when it comes to style, material and features. Some questions you might ask yourself are: Do you prefer a molded wood seat or a plastic seat? Do you want a seat that has features like a slow closing (no slamming) ring and cover? Do you want a seat that has the STA-TITE® feature to prevent wobbly toilet seats? Do you like metal hinges or plastic hinges? Do you want something that is Made in the USA? Do you want a special color to match your bowl or bath décor? And, of course, how much are you looking to spend? Once you’re at the store, you’ll be presented with a lot of toilet seats that are in a range of prices and might not be obvious to what the differences are outside of some aesthetics cover styles. First thing to do is fine the right size, which will narrow your choices in about half. From there, you can use the questions above to quickly narrow down the kind of seat you would like! And if you can't find what you're looking for in the store, the website had a huge selection to choose from! I hope that helps! Bemis Manufacturing Company (Bemis, Church and Mayfair Products)

Do you have the American Standard toilet seat LC212 in white? Do you have the toilet that fits this toilet seat that comes out of the wall?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi Jean, Bemis does makes the LC212 in white and it is available on It's full model is: Model # LC212 000 Internet # 100086550 Sometimes the white swatch blends into the white background on the Home Depot website. To get the white swatch to appear, hover over the color swatches and that should cause the swatches to gain a border, making the white swatch easier to see. I hope that helps! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement for 1981 toilet. searching high and low for a replacement toilet for our broken 1981 toilet seat,I found this one for a reasonable price (considering the cost of a one piece low profile toilet). The fit is a little bit off at the front part of the toilet, but really not noticeable. Has a better design than the original.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Best option but not a perfect fit - see pic Best option I could find for old toilet but despite part number match to old part fit isn't perfect. Contour to bowl is off as can be seen in picture - the bowl extends slightly beyond seat. Not perfect but best option.
