Customer Questions & Answers

Can this pontoon boat be adapted to accomodate a small electric motor & battery?

I have been considering ordering on line and shipping to a Home-Depot store in Washington State for pick up as apparently it not available in Canada. I would then pick up and pay the required duties to bring across the border. I thank you in advance for your response and look forward to hearing from you in the near future. Until our next communiqué, Best regards, Hunter

Customer Reviews

Bozeman Pontoon Boat is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice! nice! Nice! BUT.... The little pontoon boat is awesome. Very stabile and well built boat but....I have the same problem like Ryan, the other guy who reviewed this product. I got myself in a situation where the nuts from oar holder came lose in the middle of the river and guess what...I had to paddle back with one oar from the center..thank God the boat is so stabile and I didn't flip or anything but rather than replacing the oar support bolts with one of those pins that holds the frame together you don't have to do anything just assemble and go fishing. I had the sit on top kayak sundolphin bali 10ss but was a hassle to drag it to the fishing spots and wasn't that stabile either. This boat is stabile, fits in a backpack and looks awesome. Definitely recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bozeman packable pontoon boat I recently purchased this pontoon boat in order to fish several slower rivers. For years I have used a sit-on top kayak but it's too much of a hassle trying to get it to hard to access areas. This pontoon is exactly what I needed. The set up and break down is very easy plus being able to keep all the parts in a backpack is a plus. No more roof rack needed. Just put in the trunk and go. There's enough room on the platform behind the seat for a small cooler on which I have two rod holders. My only complaint is the wing nuts used to tighten the oars. The "wings" run into the oar clamps before I can tighten them completely. I am planning on buying 2 longer bolts and using washers to eliminate the intereference with the clamps. It's an easy fix for me. Overall though a great product and I probably will be buying my son one too.
