I have DISH network in my home and a DVR along with my TV. I was wondering if this would hook up to the receiver and transmit the audio to a Bluetooth headset or speakers.
currently I am using RCA cables for the Audio for the TV.

Answer:
Your Bluetooth Stereo transmitter should be plugged into the source of your sound. The transmitter can be plugged into either a 3.5mm analog earphone jack for Audio Ouput or into the analog Red & White RCA Jacks for Audio Output. These may be on your tv or on your receiver so you can plug in wherever it works best for your audio setup.
