Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jami Very happy with purchase
We ordered two doors for our double split garage. It took us approximateky 12 hours to install both. First one was a learning curve so second went much more smoothly. Unfortunately the second one has an incorrect hinge, but Clopay was very pleasant and understanding. We are to recieve correct hinge tomorrow (overnight). Very pleased even with the one minor glitch.

Installed without a problem. Did not use the track it came with. Reused the track I already had from the replaced door. Instructions were easy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ermackey A MUST when upgrading your conditioned garage door! GREAT VALUE!
For a plain white door, this is the best buy I think you can make. The door is insulated with 2 inches of foam and the exterior finish is strong. If you have a need to air condition or heat your garage (I live in Alaska. The garage MUST be heated or you freeze pipes), this door will pay for itself in the increased energy efficiency. I recommend that you hire a professional to install though. The door can be dangerous to install due to the strong spring mechanism. For a professional, installation is a snap and much safer. When you upgrade the door, do not skimp on the new door mouldings and trim. A space leaking air negates you R-value. Take the time and expense to trim the door for a good seal and you will love this upgrade. This is also the 2nd of these doors we installed. We installed two others at our home in Fairbanks and it made the -40F Winters much cheaper and tolerable.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Carpenter1 Springs are not good.
Door came with tension springs not torsion springs. It was also only supplied with one spring per side which is not strong enough to operate this insulated door properly. Called Home Depot, waiting on additional parts now.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by George Does what its supposed to do
Seeing as my first review was never published that is a red flag to me. the door took way to long to come in, this is a standard door and should be in stock. HD has a disconnect between the tracking , the manufacture and the third party that delivers the doors. i see a lot of bad reviews and i don't understand why they sell this door with extension springs. thankfully my previous door had a coil spring. i am planning on keeping this door for a long time because i really just don't feel like going through this long waiting/install process again.
I agree with the review provided by DAVE. HD also doesn't carry a good selection of garage track parts(in my opinion)
Was going to give it a higher rating but my first review never got published and the product description needs to be updated on HD site. like its that hard to update a product that never changes....
also never got a status of update from my previous review...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ECDennis Great Doors, but
The doors were easy to install. Fit, form, and finish are all great. Two things bother me about the kits. You would think ALL required hardware should be required with the doors. The required 1/8" cable clamps were not included, therefore a $10 trip to the hardware store was required to safely finish installation. Problem two is the size of the extension springs included. The springs provided are barely adequate for the weight of these insulated doors. I will be replacing the springs with heavier springs to make opening the doors manageable by an average person.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dave extension spring not coil spring
These doors come with an extension spring not a coil spring. There is a reason every other manufacture switched to coil springs back in the 1950s. Home depot said they could get me coil spings but it would cost $300 extra. Extension springs are noisy and do not perform well. Basically is's just a glorified rubber band.
