Yes, everything needed to install except for the hanging brackets and hardware needed for the track supports. I did buy galvanized lag screws instead of using theirs as my door jams were treated wood.

It is recommended to replace everything. But I guess if the door measures up, and is dimensionally exactly the same you could do it. YMMV

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice door for the price Finally broke down and replaced the old garage door that was falling apart, was happy to find this one at a very affordable 250 , went to the store in Ashtabula, ohio, picked it up in the evening, and started assembly the next morning. Tore down the old door and tracks, started the new, found out all 4 panels were damaged when I went to remove them from the box. I called the store, they had another set waiting for for me when I drove there 45 minutes to pickup, had them out of the box so I could inspect them. They couldn't have been more helpful, apologetic or awesome. Once I returned with the door, installed in a better part of an afternoon, couldn't be happier with the value or helpfulness of the home depot staff. October 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Structurally unsound without external reinforcement As stated in the installation manual, this door is not strong enough to operate on its own. It must be reinforced with external steel bars, which have to be purchased separately and mounted to the door to prevent it from ripping apart. If you don't purchase additional steel supports, Clopay will not honor the warranty. (See page 14 of manual.) May 18, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Can't get a better door for the cost. Went up easy. Installed by myself. Everything fit as it was suppose to. If you are going to use a door opener I would recommend extra reinforcement at the top as explained in the manual. You can't find a better value in any garage door. September 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Door Read through the instructions and it does say door is sent for manual operation. If using an opener, additional reinforcement is required for the top panel so I knew that ahead of time. Since door is reinforced like the instructions, it has worked great and does not buckle at the top. Instructions are sent out for a reason.. Great door overall May 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product for the money Doors came with video for easy installation. for the price this is a good product. took about 6 hours to install both doors. Very satisfied. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Is what it is It is a garage door for under $300 don't expect more than that. Looks good, does what it is supposed to. It is lighter, flimsier material, but again it is the cheapest on market. Installed with my dad (neither are experienced) in a few hours. Better instructions, labeling would have been helpful. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great basic door. The door was installed by a local contractor. It took approximately 3-4 hours including removal of the old door. August 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super nice door I read so many bad reviews on this door I was afraid to buy 2 of them till I saw someone who had one installed. I saw to different people who were very happy. I just installed 2 of them today. Good enough for any house unless you are someone who has to have a Mercedes instead of a Buick. They are not as strong as the doors on rental storage places but if you back through one of these it want cost so much to replace it. Easy install a helper is handy but not necessary.
