Answer:
Get the MSDS on this. Not just bleach, but also contains sodium hydroxide (lye). Not complaining, just really powerful.
For rust stains try oxalic acid (the rust needs to be reduced to elemental iron to remove it.) Get the stain wet, pour power, let it set.

When applied at the proper concentration it should not be harmful to plants however dome may be more sensitive to the bleach than others and I would recommend wetting the plants prior and then rinsing them directly after applying the solution

Different tasks will require various dilution rates of this bleach. Be sure to read the label for these details to avoid damage to the surfaces being cleaned.
You can use any spray bottle (glass or plastic is best) to apply this product. Diluting in pump sprayers is recommended for the big outdoor jobs. Tackle any mess with less with this concentrated formula. Use as directed.
Never apply bleach by siphoning it through a pressure washer pump. The chlorine will damage the seals in the pump.
Thank you for asking,

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have tried them all As a contractor I have to find something that works in some extreme circumstances. I have tried them all. Mold Armor 30 Second Jomax Zep and every other oddball brand of that makes extravagant promises on the label. And I keep returning to this Clorox product because hands-down it's the best. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Concentrated outdoor bleach Used this on the north side of my house to remove the mold on my siding....each time it has removed all of the mold. Love this product! I wish they still made the bottle that connects to the hose. That made it so much easier! This is seriously the best product for my siding mold! May 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sorry to Disagree Bought this to clean my back cement patio and restore it to its original state of cleanliness. Power washed all the tough spots; hoped that the beach would clean the rest of the patio to the same level as the pressure washer. Diluted according to directions; double checked the amount of water to be sure. Poured it on a section; used a coarse bristle scrub brush...really scrubbed it in. Left it for a few minutes only; I did not want it to evaporate in the heat. There are no instructions on how long to leave it on before rinsing. Didn't do a thing. The rest of the patio remained as before. Didn't do anything to the few rust spots I wanted out either but those will have to be done with muriatic acid. Now I have to power wash the whole patio inch by inch to get the uniform brightness I had hoped the bleach would have provided. So, for me at least, this product is a failure.
