Answer:
If they fit the dimensions of the open space there is no reason why they can't be mounted on the adjustable shelves. You must measure the area available first.

Great question! 11 inches is the BASE measurement, but if you'll notice in the description, this item is for a 12 inch or larger space to account for that slight angle -- and it is very slight. The picture makes the angle look larger than it really is. As always, if you purchase this item and it doesn't work for you, returns are made easy!

Answer:
I don't believe the baskets can be stacked inside a cabinet since you need a base to attach the basket slide on the bottom.

No they are single wire baskets, they have some that will stack. You need to look at all of the different kinds of organizers at Home Depot.

These units are designed to placed inside a cabinet vs being stacked. Closetmaid does however offer several 2-shelf versions. Additional information on the two-shelf options are attached to this response. Thank you for your inquiry.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 70 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by for use in kitchen cabinet Installed in deep kitchen cabinet. Perfect to access items in back of cabinet. September 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great for small cabinet openings Even though the specs say they need a clearance of 12" wide, these ClosetMaid wire drawers are able to fit into my small cabinets that measure just 11" wide. The base fits fine inside on the bottom of the shelf , which is wider than the opening of the cabinet. At 20", the length leaves a few inches in the back or front. I brought one home to make sure it could slide in and out all right before buying another. These were on sale for only $16 at Home Depot, so I wished I had bought all they had. Before putting them in, only half the cabinet space was useful, since all the items in the back were unreachable. The small items won't roll around now or get out of sight and the wire lets you view everything at a glance. They even sell these in 2-decker drawers. I have bought these before but now Home Depot rarely has them in the store, which is a disappointment. March 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More of a good thing! All the new bath and kitchen cabinets have big drawers. I have the old kind with shelves where everything gets pushed to the back, and I have to get down on my hands and knees and peer into the back to find anything. So a year or so ago I got one of these Closetmaid sliding organizers (basically a wire drawer) for my bathroom, and I've been putting them in my cabinets ever since. This batch of 6 will finish out my kitchen. One of the ones now installed in my kitchen is NOT a Closetmaid, and it does not move as smoothly as the Closetmaid ones that I definitely recommend. They glide in and out effortlessly. You might think that you loosing space by installing these organizers, but that is not the case. So: What does it look like under YOUR kitchen sink? March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install Very easy to install. Very sturdy. A great product. Great for organizing cupboards. Basket is a bit wider and bows out a bit on sides and ends, than the track, so take that into consideration when measuring your installation space. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I needed I needed to redo the Tupperware cabinet so as I could find things and not break my back; this is perfect; I purchased 2 and the installation was easy with the double sided tape July 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cabinet organizer Decent quality, respectable price point, easy install. Product well worth the money. And we now have a little less clutter in our lives! July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen sink Install under kitchen sink. This size works perfect due to limited space. Helps with organizing and easy access June 28, 2016
