We did a set of three 24" wide/one 30" wide/one upper and one lower cabinet style with a drawer. All the parts were there and instructions were clear. Bolting each unit to the wall and to each other added to the cohesiveness of all the units. It looks nice as the raised panel doors really adds to the appearance. A few thoughts: check the packaging thoroughly before buying as a gouge in a box can mean a critical part inside has been damaged (had one of those which had to be returned/exchanged), a few doors had a bit rougher finish than others but really nothing significant, the boxes/units are really heavy so be prepared, plan ahead for any obstacles like a protruding concrete border along the garage floor (we just cut the affected unit pieces during the assembly process to allow for it) and which units go where/etc., as well as a dedicated `assembly workspace` which just makes it easier. I think for the money, we got a good deal (using some sweat equity).

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mack Simple to assemble, ample volume. Needs one or more additional shelves.
Cabinets solved storage problems in a bathroom and laundry room. Two persons needed to handle the heavy package. Went together easily with basic tools. Power screwdriver a big help (lots of screws). I was able to assemble in the room I needed the cabinets by myself. My needs would have been better met with one more shelf in each cabinet. Needed to store things that don't stack well. Simple, clean appearance worked well for my needs. I appreciated the relatively lower cost than other solutions.

Good product for a good price. Purchased this for my laundry room and it works perfect. Easy to assemble with well written instructions.

I bought two of these cabinets for my master closet re-do & am very happy. Some care to be taken when handling the box. If you drop it the corners can get damaged. It needs to be attached to the wall for suport but not too hard to do. Durable finish on the doors & nice hardware. The doors take some adjusting to make sure they close all the way with no gap at the center.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cindy Very poor quality for the price
We purchased this unassembled in a box at Home Depot. The assembled model was positioned high up on a shelf so we couldn't open the doors or examine the construction. We assumed that because it was from Home Depot the quality would be good. We were wrong! When we opened the box, we could not believe how flimsy the parts were, particularly the back which is basically a big piece of cardboard, not even 1/4 inch thick! We should have returned it at that point, but decided to put it together anyway, hoping that it would be sturdy once we assembled the cabinet. Well the doors are fine, but everything else is so cheap and flimsy we can't really store anything heavvier than extra boxes of tissue, etc (we had purchased it to store laundry detergent and clearning supplies). We literally had to fix the back to the wall to keep it from toppling over with that flimsy back, the weight is so uneven. We are really surprised that Home Depot would carry such a cheap product and charge so much. Next time we buy something like this from Home Depot we will be sure to return it to the store if we don't think the quality is there once we open the box. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP PIECE OF GARBAGE! It's worth about $20!!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lowrange Easy To Assemble
I purchased this cabinet along with a 36" a 24" and a 48" cabinet. The instructions were very easy to follow and assembly was a breeze. I purchased the items on a Monday afternoon and by Tuesday evening they were assembled, leveled and anchored to the wall. The door hinges were easy to adjust for leveling the double doors.

It's a two man job to put it together. Easy to follow directions. One of the door handles screw was stripped and I had to purchase another one. This is my second cabinet from this company and I'm completely satisfied. It's tall and slender and must be fixed to the wall for support.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by SM This cabinet is garbage
I bought it, put it together, and one of the left door is warped by about 3/8". Not a hinge adjusted wrong, the wood is simply warped.
I contacted Closet Maid about it. They made me jump through hoops and send them pictures and treated me as if I was a liar (because after all, doesn't everyone contact a company to get a free door for a cabinet for no reason?).
I did so. They sent me a replacement. It was warped WAY worse than the first one, and had been packed VERY poorly with just paper wrapped around it in a flat box. The corner was all smashed on it where Fedex had obviously dropped it. I took pictures and contacted them again.
They sent me a second door. While this one is better than the first replacement, it has a big KNIFE CUT in the edge of the door about 1/4-3/8" deep as if someone whacked it hard with a gouge or a utility knife. And although it's better, it is still warped just as much as the original one.
I don't know...for 170 bucks I expected more. If I hadn't already screwed the unit all into my wall design I would take it out and take it back to home depot. I'm extremely frustrated that a near-$200 product would have such quality defects. Even more, I'm MORE than frustrated that the manufacturer treated me like a liar and then sends me TWO replacements that are junk. Something is wrong with this company. I will never buy another Closet Maid *anything*. I recommend that you follow suit and look for something else. I'm not going to waste my time contacting the company a third time, I've given up on them. When I get time I will go to a real furniture company, not a "home improvement" store and buy a real pantry cabinet. I'll probably pay about 3 times as much for something decent. This piece of garbage isn't worth 50 bucks because of the bad way the mfr treated me. And who really wants to take a unit out of the wall that they already mounted that's this big and cart it back to the store? This whole snafu has lowered my opinion of Home Depot.
