Installed this in my closet and it's great. Once or two hiccups during the install, but much smoother than most things in this price range. Real hardware, full extension drawers. Huge improvement over what I had, combined with a few of the 2 shelf units for a full built in closet.

Quality drawer system! Drawers are deep and hold pots and pans as easily tupperware. I used the shallower top drawer for storing saran wrap, tin foil and storage bags.

This is really helpful product and i purchased couple of them. The only problem I see is packaging. Whenever I received the delivery many of them are damaged from corners.

I would only recommend this product if you have tools and experience to work around things that are not quite right. I think these are ok for a garage or utility room, but not for any place where you want things that fit well. None of these cabinets fit perfectly.
I purchased 4 of these. 2 of the 4 cabinets had corners damaged/broken on at least one side panel. ClostMaid does not provide adequate packaging to prevent damaged corners. Fortunately I was able to place the corners in the back, and out of sight since I installed tops on them.
One of two really frustrating items is that 1 cabinet had grooves that were too narrow to accept the shelves. The bottom would not fit into the grooves at all. I had to spend extra time hand trimming the bottom so I could get it to fit into the grooves. The tops had a similar issue, but rather than not fitting at all, they sit slightly above the ends of the side panel. I saw feedback in 2013 that described the same problem .... and 3 years later, I still found it in the cabinets I bought. It seems as if ClosetMaid does not or cannot purge defective stock from stores.
The other really frustrating problem was with the drawer slides. They were easy to install on the cabinet cases, but really hard to install on the drawers themselves. The screw holes in the slides were narrower than the screws making it extremely hard to get the screws fully seated. I went through multiple phillips head bits to get the screws in right.
Additionally, I did not like the free-standing design aspect of these that only had a single bracket at the top to prevent tip-over. I added top and bottom support boards (similar to the hanging wall cabinets) and fully secured them to the wall studs.
The good news is that I was able to work around the problems, get them installed, they seem pretty sturdy and functional, and look pretty good.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cc ClosetMaid has declined
I used to really like ClosetMaid for organizers, for my closets and storage needs. But sadly their product has changed dramatically. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I am so disappointed that here I am. The product is soft, literally, so easily dented or torn. EVERY piece came to me damaged. And I can see why, it is ridiculously soft. They smack a sticker that is almost impossible to remove right on the front of one of my drawers that says they are complying with the 2015 formaldehyde regulations. So i guess that is nice, and probably why they product has changed. Still, its terrible product now. And Assembling it used to be fairly easy, you know, a grind, but things actually fit for the most part. Oh no, I should have sent all this stuff back, but I was just too far into it before i realized how bad it was going to go.

Very easy to assemble. Looks great. A lot of storage space as the drawers are deep and have nice metal gliders on them. Took about 3 hours to assemble by myself. Only downfall is the cheap cardboard backs. I bought a piece of 1/4" dry erase board which was the perfect width and had it cut down to size and attached it. Made the cabinet much more sturdy. If it wasn't for the cardboard backs I would have given them a 5.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JF Solid and large enough
Assembly took a while but I bought 3 of them and after the first, putting them together settled into a routine. The only issue was that the outside edge of the drawer sliders (the part that attaches to the cabinet sides) did not have holes drilled large enough to fit the supplied screws. Enlarging them to match the inside rail holes solved the problem. They seem very solid and held more clothes (in closets) that anticipated. Wife is happy which makes me happy.
