This organizer takes some time to put together. Instructions were very clear and quality was good. Added two drawers to complete the look. Very happy with the finished products. Take your time when putting it together.

Great looking closet kit. The kit was very easy to put together, it took me about 3 hrs to assemble. (total of 2 kit) No the best quality but definitely worth the money.

Very happy with this product. Utilized this item in conjunction with it's counterparts (6 drawers, 3 towers with 2 straight bars, 1 shelf, 2 curved bars) to create a custom storage system for our walk-in closet. All items assembled rather quickly and easily. I was able to put together and install the entire arrangement (see picture) in less than a day. I'm very happy with quality of the product. Wood appears to be durable and the finish was a good quality. I also added the laminate flooring which was from Home Depot. Overall I am very excited for how the project came out and have had many positive comments from those who have seen it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MV Good Product but too much damage
I bought two complete units for two closets. The shipping boxes came with the usual scratches and occasional dent but I was careful to check that nothing had punctured the product boxes. However, once I opened the boxes I realized that, except for the trim pieces and closet rods, nearly every flat piece (shelving or side panels) was either scratched, crushed, or both. This clearly happened in assembly and not in shipping. Thankfully, most of the defects were eventually hidden in the closet when assembled but it was disappointing to see such poor quality control. I'm still glad I purchased this unit as it looks good (in a dark closet) and is a good value for the price despite the defects. Still, I am surprised that ClosetMaid would allow this poor level of quality to leave their warehouse. It would have never been acceptable in a larger space where the shelving was more visible.

Look, it's not real wood and it's not ELFA. This is press board akin to IKEA. It may come slightly damaged. In my opinion I feel the price was slightly expensive for what you received, but my closet now looks 100x better than just putting up poles from left to right. It wasn't easy to put together for a closet that isn't standard. You'll need things like a saw, dremel (if you want it to be completely flush against the wall). Measure and cut carefully and you won't have to buy as many shelves as the creator told you to. I'm going to be honest--it looks really bad without the shelves, so make sure you get those too.

This closet system has worked really well in my new walk-in closet. I bought an extra rod as I needed double hanging space for shirts and jackets rather than dress space. I put up a rod for dresses, robes and coats on another wall. I'm an 80 year old female and except for borrowing a grandson's strength to help stack the unit, put it together without a problem. Of course, I've had 75 years experience assembling things :) Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The 18" stacking shelves hold all of my husbands large collection of baseball caps with room left over for a couple of other items. Good buy. The unit is fairly heavy and I recommend assembling it in the area where it will be used.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nesali Just what we needed!
We purchased two of these for our walk in closet. I'll have to admit that I was a bit concerned about the particle board and we did have a bit of chipping on some of the unfinished back edges that are against the walls, which are out of view. Installation wasn't too hard. I was able to install them with very minimal help from my husband over two days. I think the trickiest part was leveling the center units on top of carpet and with a baseboard. Had to readjust a couple of times. They also seemed a bit wobbly even after the wall brackets were installed. But with the rods in place and the weight of the clothes, there is no movement. We've had them in for about 4 months and I'm still happy with this purchase. Hoping to add four shelves in the near future.

The shelf unit was easy to assemble but time-consuming, similar to a Sauder project. The unit looked nice when we were done but it did have some corner chips that we had to doctor up. It was sturdy once attached to wall studs but I wasn't overly impressed with the cheap plastic rod holders.
