Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kathy Caution...The store WON"T cut them to length for you.
Product itself is good but when they say "easily cut to length" it means you cut it so if you don't have a table saw to cut it or know someone who does, don't buy them..Home depot will NOT cut them to length for you. I was very disappointed with the store about this.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CMoe I ordered the entire closet organizer. Very pleased with it all. The computer program calculated accurately everything I'd need based on the dimension
Great engineering, great quality. The instructions were very precise. Well worth the time & energy. It looks professionally installed. I allowed plenty of time & I followed the direction sequence carefully & am VERY pleased with the end result.

Shelves worked great for our small closet. The finish does chip/flake off easily, especially if you have to cut the shelves down at all, but the hardware that comes with, allows for a nice sturdy and clean shelf.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Steve love the color and the look of wood
The closet units where easy enough to assemble. The product was well designed and has an elegant look.
The price was good for the type of material. I would recommend this product to all my friends .
If anyone has a walk-in-closet that needs a face lift, I highly recommend to check into Easy Closets.
All we did was purchase 4 small units and one large unit and I gained 50% more space in my walk-in closet.
The only thing I recommend is to order the units thru Home Depot stores only, NOT via email. I had a problem with email order that I'm still trying to fix thru my credit card. I order my first unit thru Home Depot and had a very nice experience. When I orders my second units, Home Depot told me it would be easier order via email .When the order arrived to my house, I was missing parts that cost me a total of 324.00. Home Depot will not help because I ordered thru email. As of now, I'm still out of $324.00. I was charged but never compensated and never received the unit. I had to order another unit and pay again. My Credit card company is involved.

I absolutely love my new Closetmaid closet. I choose the chocolate brown wood. I have so much room that a couple of the shelves are actually empty. I also love how I can add drawers, etc at a later date. It was was easy to assemble - I am a single mom and I was able to do it by myself.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dusty Decent for the money
Not a bad buy. Veneer finish is very thin. I had to cut all my shelves and tried a couple different ways. The best I found for not chipping finish to bad was a radial arm saw, however I would highly recommend pre-cutting veneer with a utility knife on cut line prior to using saw. Did end up purchasing some better wall anchors at a local hardware store just for piece of mind. Overall a decent purchase and matches the closet kits well.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JayF They need to make two size shelves
For $28 a 4' shelf should not chip upon taking it out of the box.
They also need to make different size shelves; in particular the depth! If you use these along with their closet units, the shelf doesn't come out as far as the unit headers (the piece with the molding) so you are stuck having jagged joints or a flush front but with a gap in the back (preventing a better mount to the wall).
